The Held Union
couples edition
The Held Union is a somatic rope ritual designed to help couples experience trust, presence, and emotional intimacy through the body.
This experience invites partners out of habitual roles and into a slower, more attentive way of relating. Through guided breath, intentional touch, and Japanese rope artistry, couples explore what it feels like to both hold and be held — with clarity, consent, and care.
Rope is introduced as a relational tool that creates containment, focus, and safety. You can be tied together or learn to do rope on eachother. For the second -one partner is gently wrapped while the other practices presence, attunement, and support. The experience emphasizes communication, nervous-system awareness, and emotional honesty rather than performance. The Held Union is ideal for couples who want to reconnect, deepen trust, or experience intimacy in a way that feels grounded, intentional, and deeply human.
The Held Body
solo rope ritual
The Held Body is a guided rope ritual created for those who want to experience safety, surrender, and embodied presence.
In this experience, rope becomes a form of gentle containment — offering structure that allows the body to soften and the nervous system to settle. Through breath, guided touch, and Japanese rope artistry, women are invited into a state of deep support and attunement.
This ritual centers rest, receptivity, and being held without expectation. It offers a space to release effort, drop out of the mind, and reconnect with the body’s natural intelligence.
The Held Body is for women who are curious about surrender, grounding, and what it feels like to be supported in a slow, intentional, and respectful way.

About Hales
I am a somatic guide and rope practitioner devoted to helping people feel safe, seen, and held in their bodies.
My work lives where Japanese rope artistry meets nervous-system wisdom and intentional touch. I’m fascinated by what happens when the body feels truly supported—when breath deepens, sensation sharpens, and people remember how to soften without losing themselves. I create experiences that invite curiosity, trust, and a kind of intimacy that feels grounded, awake, and deeply human.
Each session unfolds inside a clear, consent-led container with room to explore, feel, and breathe.
I guide with warmth, precision, and a playful respect for the body’s timing—so safety and comfort become the foundation for connection, rather than the thing you have to think about.
